Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technician for our client in the Greater San Diego Area. This is an opportunity to work with a prestigious aerospace and defense manufacturer committed to innovation, safety, and excellence in advanced flight systems.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform NDT inspections on rotating aircraft components using UT, RT, PAUT, FPI, and ET
- Calibrate and operate advanced inspection tools including robotic scanning systems
- Interpret technical drawings and meet stringent aerospace standards
- Document test results and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Mentor junior technicians and support continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of NDT experience in aerospace or advanced manufacturing
- High school diploma or GED
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident (eligible for defense programs)
- Proficient in NAS-410 requirements and technical documentation
- Comfortable working on the production floor in a hands-on role
