Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an Order-to-Cash Analyst for our client in a fully remote role. This is an opportunity to join an innovative and fast-paced team supporting a leader in the technology sector.

What You’ll Do:
- Review and manage customer contracts to ensure accurate provisioning and billing
- Support internal teams by addressing customer access and billing inquiries
- Help streamline the order-to-cash process and identify/document process improvements
- Assist with contract reviews and contribute to SOP updates
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and support audits and month-end close
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years’ experience in the order-to-cash lifecycle, preferably in tech or SaaS
- Familiarity with subscription and usage-based billing models
- Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with tools like Stripe, Salesforce, Metronome, NetSuite, or Google Suite is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience with accounting/finance knowledge
