This is an onsite opportunity to work with a leading Biotechnology company that is developing healthcare products using natural ingredients to improve the health and well being of millions of people.

What You’ll Do:
- Develops appropriate Purchasing/Procurement & Supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.
- Responsible for evaluating and assessing raw inventory and "WIP" levels to assure operational efficiency while maintaining customer service levels.
- Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, etc.
- Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns.
- Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
- Liaising with operations, manufacturing, and purchasing.
- Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
- Load planning: Plan and optimize mixed loads considering transportation constraints.
- Analyze and effectively communicate relevant information - Highlighting all supply issues - Detailing impacts of proposed actions and related tradeoffs.
- Ensuring actions and Supply Plans are realistic and achievable in accordance with the Business Planning process.
- Work closely with Warehouse/Shipping, Production & Manufacturing Team.
- Maintains a good relationship with all suppliers and constantly negotiates new rates and or lead time.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field
- Food/beverage, Nutraceutical and pharmaceutical experience and background and ability to negotiate with chemical providers that provide the raw material
- Experience in the technical and reporting aspects of procurement is highly beneficial
- Proficiency in procurement software and data analysis tools
