This role is within the Industrial sector, where you will be required to proficiently manage various purchasing tasks and operations.Responsibilities:• Utilization of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and Accounting Software Systems to manage and streamline purchasing processes.• Handling of buying processes with accuracy and efficiency.• Communication with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth purchasing operations.• Usage of IBM AS/400 and About Time software for tracking and managing orders.• Overseeing Accounts Payable (AP) related to purchasing.• Implementing 3M strategies in the purchasing process to ensure quality and value.• Conducting regular reviews of Accounting Functions to maintain financial accuracy in purchasing.• Ensuring compliance with ERP Solutions in all purchasing operations.• Regularly updating and maintaining accurate records of all purchasing activities.
