QC Lab Coordinator

We are currently hiring a QC Lab Coordinator for a leading Construction Materials Laboratory. This laboratory specializes in testing materials extracted from residential and commercial buildings to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.

• Handle and manage construction samples and materials.
• Log received samples and maintain accurate records.
• Document results with photos and input data into the system.
• Monitor equipment conditions and schedule maintenance as needed.
• Manage warehouse inventory efficiently.
• Work both inside the laboratory and in outdoor environments.
• Learn field sample extraction techniques.
• Conduct tests on concrete, stucco, and steel components.
• Prepare detailed work orders for testing processes.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, Teams, Adobe) and familiarity with Zoom.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 25 lbs.

• Knowledge or experience in construction or a scientific field.
