Job Responsibilities
- Greet and professionally handle resident inquiries, including managing irate calls or walk-ins.
- Accept HOA check payments and assist with account applications.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Perform administrative tasks such as copying, filing, and faxing.
- Complete end-of-shift closing procedures.
- Post flyers and update monthly calendars.
- Manage email correspondence.
- Coordinate with the Security and Maintenance teams for emergencies, general issues, and setup requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of general office procedures.
- Flexibility to work holidays and accommodate schedule changes.
- Interpersonal skills that foster positive interactions with team members and residents.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience.
- High school diploma required.
