What are the responsibilities and job description for the RECEPTIONIST position at Rancho Santa Margarita Honda?
Description
We are looking for a RECEPTIONIST to join our RSM Honda Team! It is ideal for someone returning to the workforce, students, or retired individuals, as we have a thorough training process. Also, an excellent entry level position which could lead to full time employment. This position is part time, hours are as follows:
- Tuesday to Friday: 7am to 1pm
- Saturday: 8am - 1pm or 1pm to 7pm (alternates) PM19
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have the following qualities:
· Excellent Customer Service skills, able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
· Friendly, positive, upbeat attitude with customers and coworkers
· Team player- willing to take initiative
· Answer multi-line phone
· Flexibility- when needed as we have 2 shifts per day. Coverage is important as we are open 7 days a week
· Familiar with Microsoft Office Fleet (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
