We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and improving our Salesforce platform to support business processes, enhance user experience, and drive operational efficiency. This role will collaborate with various teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration and data integrity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, security settings, and role-based access.
- Configure and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts to meet business needs.
- Develop and manage reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits, deduplication, and cleanup activities.
- Manage communication with third-party developers handling integrations and ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other business applications.
- Support end-users by troubleshooting issues, providing training, and driving user adoption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements and automation using Flows and Process Builder.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging features to optimize the platform.
- Work closely with developers, consultants, and IT teams on custom development and system enhancements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; Advanced Admin or other Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Experience with Reports, Dashboards, Flows, Process Builder, and Data Management tools.
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party apps.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to train and support end-users in a growing Salesforce environment.
