What You’ll Do:
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring proper user setup, security settings, and role-based access
- Configure and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules
- Develop and manage reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making
- Ensure data integrity through audits, deduplication, and regular clean-up activities
- Manage communication with third-party developers to ensure seamless data flow with other business apps
- Support end-users by troubleshooting, providing training, and driving adoption
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging features
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (5 years preferred)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Admin or other Salesforce certifications are a plus
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, roles, profiles, and permissions
- Experience with Reports, Dashboards, Flows, Process Builder, and Data Management tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party apps
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
