We are looking for a Workplace Operations Coordinator - Hospitality to be responsible for providing exceptional event support and coordination, as well as assisting with general workplace inquiries and requests via a ticketing platform. This role helps create an intentional, inclusive, and engaging experience for all team members at the company's San Francisco office.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Workplace Operations Specialist in executing event programming, including company-wide events, onsite team gatherings, liaising with vendors, and maintaining team resources.
- Participate in efforts to incorporate company celebrations, initiatives, and Employee Resource Group (ERG) recognitions into workplace events.
- Manage event-related tickets submitted by employees, ensuring timely response and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Communicate with event hosts to coordinate successful events that comply with office policies and procedures.
- Liaise with vendors for event-related services (e.g., janitorial, furniture, food/beverage, décor) as well as internal teams such as Physical Security, IT/AV, etc.
- Maintain inventory of event-related supplies and support ordering as needed.
- Utilize a ticketing platform to field and resolve workplace requests and inquiries, escalating when necessary.
- Perform general administrative tasks to uphold a high standard of service and presentation in the workplace.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with workplace team members regarding facilities and security concerns.
- Support the Workplace Operations Lead and Manager with additional duties as needed.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- A passion for fostering a positive employee experience through operational support.
- 3 years of customer service experience.
- 1 years of event planning or community management experience.
- Ability to remain agile and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities and projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments, work collaboratively, and manage conflict constructively, including in emergency situations.
- Capable of prioritizing and delegating tasks as needed.
