What You’ll Do:
- Support event programming, including company-wide events, team gatherings, and vendor management
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful and compliant events
- Manage event-related requests via a ticketing platform, ensuring timely responses
- Assist with ordering and inventory management of event-related supplies
- Maintain clear communication with workplace teams regarding facilities and security issues
- Assist with administrative tasks and uphold a high standard of service and workplace presentation
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of customer service experience
- 1 year of event planning or community management experience
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across departments
- Ability to stay calm and manage conflict effectively, even in emergency situations
