EastRise Credit Union is adding a Deposit Operations Associate II to the team! This position is highly independent, detail oriented and will require strong decision-making skills. This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of information by making sure that the daily processes and tasks are completed in a timely manner with -minimal errors or exceptions. The Deposit Operations Associate II is responsible for providing telephone, teams, and email support to external and internal members, fielding inquiries, and fulfilling requests.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 6:15 pm. This position is offered as a remote position after completion of a three-month training.

Specific Duties Include
- Check processing to include RDC check review, check inclearing processing, check exceptions and dishonored checks. This will include an in depth understanding of the process and the ability to troubleshoot errors or out of balance conditions that may occur.
- ACH processing to include daily processing of ACH files, ACH origination setup and maintenance, ACH disputes and ACH research. This will include an in depth understanding of the process and the ability to troubleshoot errors or out of balance conditions that may occur.
- Researching any errors or out balance conditions in respect to any processes managed by Deposit Operations.
- Deposit quality control report review to include basic and advanced reports. This includes trusts, business accounts, power of attorney’s and CIP review.
- IRA review, support and maintenance to include quality control reports, processing IRA transfers and death disbursements, and supporting our retail team and members.
- Supporting fiduciary relationships including powers of attorney, guardianships, and trusts.
- Managing the distribution and ownership changes related to deceased members.
- Wire processing to include incoming wire posting and outgoing wire review and processing.
- Retail, peer, and member support. Direct member communication will be required.
- Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
- Exhibits excellent attention to detail, organization, interpersonal, and listening skills.
