Position Details
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Location: South Burlington, VT
- Management and Support of Enterprise Applications, Systems & Platforms: Assesses user needs to provide support and proactive service, including analysis of opportunities to take advantage of emerging and available tools. Develops relevant metrics, measures and publishes/ the performance of the services provided and enable continuous improvement activities in collaboration with stakeholders. Monitors support levels and works closely with stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues or conflicts. Ensures the release & update processes for applications, including effective department wide and end user communication, are appropriately executed. Ensures applications and system platform security meets the standards of the credit union and financial industry. Develops, implements, and tests Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Plans for relevant systems and platforms.
- Development and Management of Centralized Business Intelligence and Data Analytic Initiatives: Utilizes current and emerging technologies to support current and future data needs of the credit union. Utilizes strong stakeholder relationships, evaluates and implements business reporting and data analytic required to meet the needs of the credit union. Evaluates, implements and supports platforms and standards to deliver consistent robust business reporting.
- Manages and evaluates the performance of a team and provides ongoing coaching and staff development. This role sets and measures performance objectives and provides regular feedback to all members of the team. Addresses team members' performance problems as needed. Ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
- Responsible for operational vendor management to meet organizational needs. Directly manages routine vendor support and interactions to meet credit union requirements. Provides direct oversight and support to vendor and contractor project work. Monitors and responds to vendor service levels as appropriate.
- Develops, manages, and reports on the applicable budget and responsible for the financial performance of their assigned area.
- 8-10 years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
- Proven expertise in managing enterprise application platforms, enterprise database implementations, and application integrations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
- Experience with core banking applications (e.g. Fiserv DNA) preferred.
- Experience with complex project implementations.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience working within a regulated industry.
- Bachelor’s degree: Computer Science, Mathematics, Analytics or related field preferred.

Salary : $138,087 - $153,430
