EastRise Credit Union is excited to announce openings for Member Service Associates to join our Contact Center in South Burlington or Montpelier! As a key member of our team, you will provide efficient, accurate, and courteous service to our members through phone, chat, and email interactions. Your role will involve conducting transactions, addressing member needs, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, all while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities :
- Update and maintain member information.
- Facilitate internal transfers and set up autopay.
- Process CD Future Saver withdrawals and rebate fees.
- Provide and post consumer loan payoffs.
- Assist members in understanding their statements and check copies.
- Conduct account verification to ensure member security.
- Support members with online banking and account inquiries.
- Provide knowledge on card applications, online functionality, mobile functionality, and mobile wallet.
- Engage in discovery conversations to identify and address member needs, referring them to specialists as necessary.
- Consistently meet engagement goals and expectations.
