Salary: $34.00 - $43.00 per hour

What Youll Do:

• Maintain acaseload of 20 clients per week (Full-Time)
• Developdetailed client documentation and treatment plans
• UseDSM-V or ICD-11to create accurate diagnoses
• ProvideTelehealth therapythrough our HIPAA-compliant platform (SimplePractice)
• Offerculturally sensitive, evidence-based interventions
• Participate inweekly supervisionandmonthly staff meetings
• Deliver care withempathy and respectfor all clients, regardless of background or identity
• Provide and receiverespectful, constructive feedback
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active Washington State associate license(LMHCA, LMFTA, or LSWAIC)
• Familiarity withDSM-V or ICD-11
• Experience working withdiverse client populations
• Comfortable usingelectronic health record (EHR) systems
• EMDR experienceis a plus, but not required
