What You’ll Do:
- Maintain a caseload of 20 clients per week (Full-Time)
- Develop detailed client documentation and treatment plans
- Use DSM-V or ICD-11 to create accurate diagnoses
- Provide Telehealth therapy through our HIPAA-compliant platform (SimplePractice)
- Offer culturally sensitive, evidence-based interventions
- Participate in weekly supervision and monthly staff meetings
- Deliver care with empathy and respect for all clients, regardless of background or identity
- Provide and receive respectful, constructive feedback
Qualifications:
- Active Washington State associate license (LMHCA, LMFTA, or LSWAIC)
- Familiarity with DSM-V or ICD-11
- Experience working with diverse client populations
- Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems
- EMDR experience is a plus, but not required

$34.00 - $43.00 per hour
