CALL CENTER POSITION AVAILABLE – PEST CONTROL COMPANY
We are seeking a full-time Call Center Agent with call center, sales, and customer service experience to join our team! 1-3 years’ customer service experience is preferred. Previous call center, or other sales-driven environment experience is also preferred.

Pay: $15-17 plus commission
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Inbound sales in a call center environment
· Handle high volume of incoming calls with a composed and professional demeanor while providing the highest standards of customer service.
· Capitalize on every sales call and maintain a high closing rate
· Ability to effectively communicate with customers, fellow employees, and management team
· Detail oriented and proficient in multi-tasking, and prioritization.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Assist customers with questions and general inquiries regarding products, pests and services.
· Process paperwork and input data in an accurate and efficient manner.
· Perform work on weekends and evenings as needed to meet applicable deadlines.
· Other duties as assigned.
