Job Summary
Eastside Transportation is seeking a qualified person to be a dedicated and detail-oriented Transportation Specialist. We are a premier chauffeur business that offers a range of ground transportation solutions. You will help confirm and manage reservations. This positions is for the evenings Monday - Friday. On occassion you may be asked to driver customers.
Responsibilities
- Taking and confirming reservations over the phone and via email.
- Answering customer questions on price, availability, changes, and more.
- Represent yourself and Eastside in a positive and polished manner.
- Track vehicles using our GPS system.
- Make last minute changes to reservations and schedules.
- Must have patience and a polite demeanor.
Skills
- Proficient with Outlook and other Microsoft products.
- Proficient with Google Maps and other commonly used computer functions.
- Comfortable talking to people in person and over the phone.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail-oriented tasks.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
