The Business Analyst is a pivotal strategist and facilitator within the U.S. based team committed to driving the strategic initiatives of EIUS, which is working to further establish Eastspring's brand and market traction within the North America, Latin America, and EMEA markets. This role is instrumental in assisting the CEO with shaping, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives that promote growth and ensure organizational alignment across departments and with the Singapore based Home Office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the CEO on management of various projects including implementing the strategic growth agenda. They will orchestrate and provide leadership to strategic initiatives on behalf of the CEO including business case development and project management and conduct business impact analysis on new initiatives.
The Business Analyst will work in close collaboration with key Eastspring staff within the US, EMEA and Singapore to coordinate the timely and accurate execution of key deliverables and to manage internal resources.
Key Strategy Responsibilities :
- Coverage : Americas & Europe, no involvement in the Luxembourg Manco activities
- Collaborate with the Head of International Distribution in defining and developing the strategy for Eastspring in Europe and Americas
- Responsible to help implement such a strategy as well as other initiatives to support business development and market expansion in EMEA and Americas
- Business Management : production of management reports and presentations for executive committees, track management information, KPIs, and achievements to ensure alignment with distribution strategy
- Third Party Manager (TPM) : responsible for the overall relationships with TPMs, ensure they perform as expected and they have the necessary support from Eastspring to do so. Assess market coverage and propose to onboard TPMs in new or existing markets in accordance with Eastspring's strategy. Work in collaboration with relevant Eastspring sales who are dealing with TPMs with regards to client interactions, manage TPM contracts, handle quarterly reporting, etc.
- Consultant databases coordination for Sales, Consultant group and RFP teams to ensure coverage and visibility of our products is aligned with Eastspring's institutional strategy.
- Project management for initiatives to enhance the distribution efforts in Europe and Americas, ensuring timely and effective execution and within budget.
