Sales & Account Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies with the Director of Business Development to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients as needed.
- Utilize the Shopify platform for invoicing and back-end product stock.
Business Customer Support and Engagement
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide post-sales support, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain, engage, and enrich the customer relationship to expand business presence.
Additional Responsibilities
Assist in developing sales and marketing materials to drive brand awareness and engagement. Maintain and grow our company's LinkedIn presence to advance brand awareness and build customer loyalty.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field.
- ~3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business customer development, preferably in the healthcare or consumer products industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
