What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Lead and manage the sales and customer support team across the Americas
  • Monitor and report on all sales activity and results, preparing annual sales budgets and quarterly forecasts
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities and market segments within the territory
  • Select and train appropriate sales staff to facilitate smooth growth in alignment with company objectives
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to drive sales growth

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales at a senior level
  • Strong business and finance background
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain excellent personal relationships

  • Experience in managing sales teams and customer support functions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
