About the Job:
As a Production Equipment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our processing equipment. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and adjusting equipment to optimize performance, performing operator-level maintenance and troubleshooting, and adhering to safe work practices.
Key Accountabilities:
- Operate and maintain all processing equipment efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Adhere to safety protocols and good manufacturing practices
- Ensure compliance with relevant FSQR and HACCP programs
- Support other departments as required
Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to perform physical job duties, including bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays with advance notice
- Must be able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
