We seek a motivated, resilient, and strong communicator to join our team as an Investor Relations Associate. This role emphasizes managing relationships with our investors and buyers, ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience throughout the transaction process. You will maintain communication with investors, coordinate property sales, and provide top-notch customer service. This position involves utilizing our proprietary CRM system, marketing tools, and other high-end resources to facilitate successful transactions. You will be responsible for understanding our investors' goals and helping sell them the properties that suit them in our inventory.

Compensation:$40,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Manage the sales process for all properties in the company’s inventory
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, buyers, and agents
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a liaison between investors and the company
- Market properties using our CRM system, lead generation software, and other marketing tools
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers to maximize profits for the company
- Coordinate property showings and closings
- Ensure process compliance and accurate KPI reporting in the company CRM
- Work closely with the Acquisitions team to ensure smooth transitions from contract to sale
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deals simultaneously
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
- A driver’s license and vehicle is a must
