Automotive Finance Director
OMAHA METRO AREA DEALER is looking for an Automotive Finance Director to join the team! The Finance Director will provide excellent customer service while providing financing options for our customers.
Responsibilities :
- Ensures a smooth transition from Sales to Finance during the customer’s vehicle purchase process
- Work with Sales team to train & assist with selling methods
- Work directly with lenders & customers to develop strong relationships
- Determine financing needs and payment options with customer
- Work with and train Finance Producers to ensure a quality transaction for all customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Set and achieve sales goals assigned
- Complete all administrative processes in a timely manner
- Follow all company policies and compliance procedures
