The Role What You'll Do :
As the Head of Marketing , you'll own the entire marketing function. You'll have a heavy focus on the customer experience throughout customer acquisition, activation, and retention strategies across EasyLlama's customer segments—SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise. Your primary responsibility is to design, implement, and scale marketing programs that deliver measurable growth. You'll work with key collaborators in Sales, Product Management, and Customer Experience.
- Demand Generation : Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies tailored to SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise audiences, balancing automated and high-touch approaches to maximize pipeline growth.
- Customer Lifecycle Marketing : Design and optimize lifecycle campaigns that drive activation, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value (CLV) by engaging customers at every stage of their journey.
- Data-Driven Experimentation : Implement robust testing agendas (A / B tests, campaign optimizations) to refine messaging, targeting, and channel strategies, improving acquisition costs (CAC) and ROI.
- Channel Strategy & Optimization : Support and manage our messaging to channel partners while also optimizing the marketing channel mix.
- Digital Presence : Oversee our digital footprint online across all digital channels, with the most critical being our website. Ensure all digital assets meet the buyer where they are and create the best experience possible.
- Analytics & Performance Reporting : Work with analytics to track, measure, and communicate marketing performance, including key metrics like CAC, CLV, retention rate, churn rate, and campaign ROI.
- Company Narrative and Positioning : Establish and evolve our company narrative and product positioning as we move from a single product offering to a broader platform offering.
- Brand Management : Grow our overall brand awareness in the markets we care most about but also establish and evolve our brand as a competitive differentiator within the market.
- Collaborative Execution : Partner with sales, product, and CX teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives, particularly in achieving sales enablement and customer success outcomes.
- Marketing Operations & Tools : Build a foundation of marketing tools, workflows, and automation systems to drive efficiency and enhance insights.
- Team Leadership : Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability in pursuit of ambitious growth goals.
