Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management:
- Oversee the creation, review, and execution of real estate contracts.
- Ensure all documentation complies with legal and company standards.
- Monitor timelines and contingencies for successful closings.
- Negotiations:
- Lead negotiations with buyers, sellers, and partners to secure favorable terms.
- Provide strategic insights to drive successful deal outcomes.
- Buyer and Seller Communications:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for buyer-side and seller-side communications.
- Foster relationships with real estate investors and agents to build trust and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy:
- Collaborate with the sales team to streamline the acquisition process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends to advise clients effectively.
- Leadership and Oversight:

Requirements:
- Experience:
