Key Responsibilities
- Inspect orders received to guarantee correct weight, quality, and quantity
- Maintain accurate rotation of stock according to HACCP regulations (FIFO)
- Date all products individually and ensure timely placement
- Clean food storage areas regularly, adhering to strict sanitary conditions
