About The Role :
This dynamic role combines design sales and project management. Youll work closely with clients to design outdoor spaces that meet their goals manage projects from concept to construction and collaborate with our talented team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities :
Design creative outdoor spaces that align with client goals budgets and aesthetics.
Develop design packages to illustrate visions to clients.
Estimate projects and create client proposals.
Transition projects seamlessly from design and sales to construction.
Oversee construction in the field to ensure the final installation matches the design intent.
Support the sales team and division managers with graphics production and coordination.

Qualifications
Degree in landscape architecture or design with 5 years of industry experience preferably in a designbuild environment.
3 years of sales experience including CRM and estimating software proficiency (LMN experience a plus).
Proficiency in CAD or landscape design software (AutoCAD preferred) with strong graphic skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
Experience with planting hardscape irrigation and lighting design and estimating.
Knowledge of local regulations and environmental permitting (preferred).
Valid Drivers License.
