What are the responsibilities and job description for the Radiology Service Desk Coordinator ( position at Eateam?
Respond to support tickets in a timely manner Provide detailed notes of all activities and interactions in the system Provide superior customer service Must be able to communicate effectively with key organizational stakeholders and be able to deal with a high-pressure environment with SLA escalation procedures for resolution Skills :
- Experience working in a hospital and / or with radiologists is required
- Experience working in a service desk environment
- Must be able to document and type 40 words a minute
- Technical familiarity with any of the following : Imaging Information Systems (IIS), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Picture Archive and Communication Systems (PACS), EPIC, E-Clinical, Athena or similar system
