SUMMARY :
The Document Control Clerk is responsible for reviewing maintaining accurate production records, ensuring compliance with traceability and document control procedures. This role involves verifying scanned records, conducting traceability exercises, assisting with audits, and supporting internal teams with documentation request and updates.

- Participate in JSA's, and other site safety reviews.
- Complete all required ESHA training in a timely fashion.
- Participate in any safety investigations when called upon to do so.
- Follows plant safety procedures and guidelines; informs supervisor of safety issues; reports any workplace injury or incident. immediately, wears and utilizes personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
QUALITY RESPONSIBILITES :

Production Document Review & Analysis :
Review production documents and analyze if scanned records match physical paperwork.Conduct traceability exercises and ensure completion of traceability reports.Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to documentation.Document Control & Compliance :
Create, edit, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), formats, and work instructions.Scan all paperwork to the designated O-Drive and organize files into proper folders.Conduct mislabels scan reports, analyze data, and report results to the Quality Control (QC) Manager on a monthly basis.Inventory & Material Management Support :
Assist with transfer and return processes.Verify Work in Progress (WIP) area to ensure proper documentation and labeling.Conduct mid-month roll scans to confirm inventory accuracy.Communication & Reporting :
Send sales and Order Management (OM) LOGS and certifications and SGS Reports upon request.Update computer signs and machine signs as needed.Quality & Audits :
Assist with incoming raw material inspections to verify compliance with specifications.Participate in internal and external audits to support compliance with regulatory and certification requirements.Requirements

Experience in document control, quality assurance, or a related field within a manufacturing or production environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and analyzing documents.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management systems.Ability to organize and maintain records efficiently.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with traceability processes, audits, and compliance requirements is a plus.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
