Job Overview

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive service, taking orders accurately, and delivering food and beverages promptly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, including bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.

Experience
Candidates should have prior experience in the food industry, preferably in fine dining settings. Skills that are beneficial for this role include:

• Food preparation knowledge
• Experience with bussing and guest services
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Sales skills to promote menu items effectively
• Cash handling experience
• Culinary knowledge to assist with menu items when necessary
• Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently
