How youll serve our patients
As a BHT Supervisor at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, group therapy sessions and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation.
You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:

Direct care of inpatient and residential patients. Provide patient supervision and support, provide structure/boundaries and contribute to implementation of therapeutic programming including behavioral intervention and bathroom/meal-time support; ensure a safe and therapeutic environment

Lead or facilitate groups

Employs therapeutic interventions in order to maintain a safe, supportive and clinically sound milieu

Provides leadership and performance evaluation to direct report BHC teammates.

Assist with ADLs and meal support

Conduct safety checks as ordered
Must haves
-
High School Diploma or GED Required

1 years of mental health experience required

Bachelor's degree preferred

6 months of supervisor or management experience preferred

Experience working in higher levels of care preferred

Compensation starting range for the BHT Supervisor role is $24.00 to $26.50 an hour. Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience.
