We are a provider of services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Eaton Alliance has a sensitive, perceptive, and expert group of professionals who are adept and qualified in working with every level of behavior intervention.
Our behaviorists are intent on developing individualized behavior support plans and guiding the individuals we serve towards patterns of behavior, habit, accountability, and self-management. Our behavior team members work closely alongside program managers and staff to ensure that each is trained on these specific behavior goals and plans and to provide ongoing behavior support.
Who are we looking for:
Enthusiastic, energetic, innovative, and compassionate behaviorist needed to join the Clinical Services team at Eaton Alliance.
Job responsibilities:
Provide services based upon positive behavior supports and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Complete face-to-face Functional Behavioral Assessments
Develop, write, and monitor the implementation of Behavior Support Plans
Train caregivers and support staff in implementation of Behavior Support Plans
Complete regular face-to-face visits with clients
Prepare monthly written reports
Minimum Requirements:
At least one year of training and experience in the provision of services with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Intellectual Disabilities, and/or acquired brain injuries.
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Strong written and oral communication skills
Organized and able to prioritize work and meet frequent deadlines
Reliable transportation
Background clearance
Prospective behaviorists will be expected to make at least a 2-year commitment to Eaton Alliance, as consistency and longevity in such a consequential role is greatly important to the health and well-being of the individuals we serve.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
