We are seeking a Global Technology Director to lead our infrastructure services team. This role will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, installation, and support of all externally facing (perimeter) network technologies across all Eaton locations.
About the Team
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and developing a global team of technical network/security professionals, as well as a solid understanding of Network and Security technology. They will also be able to establish processes and methods to provide continuous 7x24 support of all Infrastructure systems across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Key Sector personnel, Senior Leadership, and BRM's to ensure the Voice of the Customer is included in all design and support solutions.
- Establish processes and methods to provide continuous 7x24 support of all Infrastructure systems across the globe.
- Negotiate and implement global maintenance support agreements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years IT Infrastructure with networking technologies.
- Minimum 10 years IT Networking experience in a geographically diverse environment using various WAN technologies.
