**The Role:**
We're seeking a talented Senior IT Warehousing Scrum Master to lead technology projects and drive innovation within our Corporate Sector division. In this role, you'll oversee and manage one or more product and software development teams as a servant leader.
You'll ensure that teams follow and understand Agile practices and Scrum framework values, work to increase team efficiency, provide motivation and guidance for process improvement, and support adoption of Agile mindset and scaling within the enterprise.
This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, leadership skills, and experience in technology project management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving technology projects forward and ensuring successful outcomes.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage one or more Scrum teams across multiple geographies
- Improve the Agile maturity of the team on a continuous basis
- Support the Product Owner in cost tracking for Scrum projects
- Support Resource Managers with Vendor Management and contractor onboarding
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- 7 years of experience working on an Agile team or leading technology projects
- 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master leading technology projects
- Only candidates currently living within a 50-mile radius of posted geographical areas will be considered for this role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now or in the future
