Role Overview
At the heart of advanced life-support systems and cutting-edge refueling equipment is the Precision CNC Specialist. Your role involves meticulous CNC machine operations and maintaining outputs that meet rigorous job specifications.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Complete setup and adeptly operate CNC machine tools.
- Verify component accuracy through first article inspection.
- Master various machining tasks: from boring to chamfering.
- Sources job standards from blueprints, sketches, and more.
- Expertly manage 5 axis mills along with manual machinery.
- Understand and implement Mazatrol and EIA CNC programming.
- Conduct regular machine maintenance.
- Engage in all other related duties as necessary.
Required Experience
We value experience with 4 and 5 axis CNC systems, especially for complex parts crafted for medical and military applications. Familiarity with GD&T, datums, and Mazak machining is essential.
Basic Requirements
- 3 years relevant CNC experience.
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Ability to work without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
- Reside within 70 miles of Davenport, IA.
