Position Overview

The Student Account Lead is a leadership role within EATS2SEATS, responsible for keeping concession operations running smoothly during major campus events. You’ll lead teams, manage event-day logistics, and ensure a great experience for fans while developing valuable leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesBefore Game Day

• Work with the Site Leadership Team to organize and prepare for upcoming events.
• Lead training sessions for student workers and volunteers to ensure they’re ready for game day.
• Communicate with venue staff and EATS2SEATS management to align goals.
• Check inventory and equipment to ensure everything is set before the event.

On Game Day

• Be the leader on-site, managing a team of volunteers and student staff.
• Provide real-time coaching and support to keep things running smoothly.
• Handle any challenges or issues that come up during the event.
• Ensure health, safety, and venue policies are followed at all times.

After the Event

• Oversee clean-up and inventory checks.
• Collect feedback from your team and customers to help improve future events.
• Submit a quick event recap report on what went well and what can be improved.
