Position Overview:
The Account Lead is a key leadership role within EATS2SEATS, responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of concession services at major sports and entertainment venues. This position oversees event-day execution, team management, and client satisfaction, aligning with EATS2SEATS' commitment to excellence in service and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Event Preparation
- Collaborate with the Site Leadership Plan to organize and oversee pre-event tasks.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure team readiness and compliance with venue-specific guidelines.
- Coordinate with venue staff and EATS2SEATS management to align operational goals.
- Confirm inventory and ensure all equipment and materials are available and in working order.
Event-Day Operations:
- Serve as the on-site leader, managing a team of volunteers and staff to ensure smooth execution of concession services.
- Monitor team performance and provide real-time coaching and support as needed.
- Address and resolve operational challenges quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, company policies, and venue regulations.
Post-Event Duties:
- Oversee end-of-event tasks, including cleanup, inventory reconciliation, and reporting.
- Gather feedback from staff, volunteers, and clients to improve future performance.
- Submit comprehensive event reports, detailing successes, challenges, and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event management, hospitality, or food service leadership roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with concession operations or sports venue environments is a plus.
- Ability to attend and be present at events as required.
