Key Responsibilities:

  • D2C Order Fulfillment:
  • Process and ship daily D2C orders via Shopify, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate discrepancies or restock needs.
  • Customer Service:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and empathy.
  • Address customer concerns, process returns/exchanges, and provide product information.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service.
  • Wholesale and Warehouse Support:
  • Assist the wholesale team in picking, packing, and shipping bulk orders.
  • Ensure wholesale orders are accurately labeled and meet delivery deadlines.
  • Maintain an organized workspace and ensure products are stored systematically.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Log inventory adjustments and updates in our ERP system, Full Circle.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and communicate stock discrepancies to the team.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing goods.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive and proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Experience with Shopify and ERP systems (preferably Full Circle) is highly preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, fulfillment, or warehouse operations is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 25 lbs.
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.

Summary

As a Customer Service and Warehouse Associate, you will be integral to delivering outstanding client services while managing warehouse operations. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, your role will focus on utilizing your strong communication skills and customer support expertise to assist clients effectively. Your proficiency in ERP systems and data entry will enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, your ability to handle cash and perform outbound calling will be essential in maintaining accurate records and fostering positive customer relationships. Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
