Bellman/Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Bellman to join our team at a prestigious hotel. The Bellman will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to hotel guests, ensuring a memorable stay from the moment of arrival.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling
• Drive to pick up and drop off to Miami International Airport
• Ensure the hotel shuttle is mantained and well kept.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel amenities
• Offer directions and recommendations for local attractions and dining options
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby area
• Collaborate with the front desk staff to ensure seamless guest experiences

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Familiarity with phone systems and guest services
• Excellent guest relations skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
