Job Summary:
The Bellman is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting
with luggage, offering information about hotel amenities, and ensuring a smooth
arrival and departure experience. This role requires excellent customer service
skills, physical stamina, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage transportation to and from guest rooms.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with transportation needs, such as calling taxis or arranging shuttle services.
- Deliver packages, messages, and amenities to guest rooms as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell desk and lobby area.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide prompt, courteous responses.
- Assist with valet parking or directing guests to appropriate parking areas if required.
- Work closely with front desk staff and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Follow safety and security procedures when handling luggage and assisting guests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.

- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
