Job Title: Housekeeper
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and hotel facilities to ensure a spotless and inviting environment.
• Change linens, make beds, restock amenities, and replace towels as needed.
•Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all surfaces in assigned areas.
•Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
•Ensure compliance with hotel safety and sanitation policies.
•Handle guest requests professionally and courteously.
•Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens as needed.
•Follow hotel procedures for lost and found items.
•Uphold brand standards to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
•Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
•Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
•Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
•Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
