EBA is looking for a seasoned Construction Inspector to work on our Anne Arundel County Paving Contract!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
In your role as a Construction Inspector, your key duties will include :
- Conducting thorough inspections of construction sites, including roadways, bridges, tunnels, and facilities, to verify adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Documenting and reporting any deviations, defects, or issues discovered during inspections.
- Coordinating with a team of inspectors and project managers to confirm activities comply with safety regulations and project requirements.
- Communicating with contractors, project stakeholders, and other team members to address construction-related concerns.
- Assisting with the review and interpretation of construction plans, special provisions, and technical documents.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed inspection records and reports.
- Participating in team meetings to foster a safe, collaborative work environment.
