POSITION SUMMARY
Under limited supervision, conduct technical training courses for customers and / or employees on using complex situations for multiple products.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Interact with customers and functional organizations to develop specifications for the course content. (Essential)
Ensures that training courses address all levels of customers in the use of company products / services. (Essential)
Develop training curricula, determine training objectives, and prepare training programs, procedures, tests, handouts, and laboratory exercises. (Essential)
Instruct participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions. (Essential)
Administer written and practical exams. (Essential)
Works with engineering, sales, technical support, and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features. Must be willing to travel. (Essential)
Assesses customer needs for future course development. (Essential)
Complies with EBARA's safety policies, including participating in and completing all required safety training. (Essential)
Maintains a clean and safe working environment compliant with Ebara and customer safety policies. (Essential)
Performs other duties as assigned. (Non-Essential
Qualifications
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
Experience
Two years of Instructor experience in a professional or academic environment is required.
Four (4) to Eight (8) years of work-related experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
CMP or Plating experience is desirable.
Experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the electrical and electronics fields with a basic understanding of chemistry.
Strong Customer Relations skills.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Working knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Speaking in front of groups. Strong time management skills. Self-starter.
Demonstrated leadership and program management skills.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal colleagues and customers.
Demonstrated teamwork and organizational skills.
Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
Provide verification of good driving record if servicing customers offsite
