Join the eBay Partner Network (EPN), eBay's dynamic affiliate marketing channel, where we collaborate with partners worldwide to amplify eBay's reach and impact. As an Affiliate Fraud & Compliance Analyst, you will be instrumental in safeguarding eBay's integrity by detecting and monitoring affiliate marketing fraud and ensuring regulatory compliance among EPN partners. This role is part of the EPN Operations team, where you will report directly to the Head of Operations. About The Team And The Role
Join the eBay Partner Network (EPN), eBay's dynamic affiliate marketing channel, where we collaborate with partners worldwide to amplify eBay's reach and impact. As an Affiliate Fraud & Compliance Analyst, you will be instrumental in safeguarding eBay's integrity by detecting and monitoring affiliate marketing fraud and ensuring regulatory compliance among EPN partners. This role is part of the EPN Operations team, where you will report directly to the Head of Operations. Together, we strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance, driving success for both eBay and our partners.
What You Will Accomplish
- Global Collaboration in Investigations: Work closely with our offshore analyst team to conduct in-depth investigations and reviews of EPN partners. Utilize reports and metrics to understand promotional strategies and ensure compliance with the Network Agreement.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze a variety of metrics and datasets using SQL to assess team performance. Identify optimization opportunities and implement strategic changes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
- Operational Support: Manage day-to-day operations for the Network Quality and Affiliate Disclosure teams, monitoring processes and handling communications with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with fellow EPN members to share knowledge and drive operational improvements, contributing to business growth and innovation.
- Strategic Liaison: Serve as a key liaison with other departments to protect eBay's interests and ensure alignment across the organization.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in compliance within digital marketing or risk investigation in e-commerce. Familiarity with affiliate marketing compliance and regional regulatory requirements is highly preferred.
- Data Proficiency: Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data to support informed decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate complex data insights and visualizations clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, capable of planning and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Global Collaboration: Flexible and adaptable in working with global teams, accommodating early and late meetings as needed to ensure seamless collaboration across time zones. Note: This role does not require travel.
