Ebenezer Child Care Centers is looking for a Program Coordinator to support our team in delivering high-quality, developmentally appropriate programs for children ages 4 weeks to 12 years. You will travel to our different locations each day to help support our programming!

What Were Looking For :
Education : Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) with 12 ECE credits.
Experience : 2 years in early childhood settings & staff supervision.
Knowledge : Strong understanding of licensing, accreditation, curriculum development, and best practices.
Skills : Leadership, coaching, organization, and excellent communication.
Certifications : Must be CPR / First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
Your Impact :
Mentor and support teachers to create enriching learning environments.
Oversee curriculum implementation and accreditation standards.
Develop and lead professional development opportunities.
