Christian Program Coordinator
We are seeking a Christian Program Coordinator to join our team at Army Lake Camp. In this role, you will work closely with our camp directors to create a fun and engaging experience for our campers.
Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and guide campers in all phases of the camping program, with a focus on spiritual development. You will also assist in the instruction of program activities, such as Bible study, prayer sessions, and worship services. Additionally, you will participate in shared evaluation with leadership staff and help maintain the spiritual emphasis of the ministry of the camp.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong personal relationship with the Lord, attend church regularly, and have a desire to lead others spiritually. A minimum of one year of college or 18 and one year prior camp staff experience is preferred. You should also be able to relate God's handiwork through various activities in relationship with the Word of God in programming initiatives.
