What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Coordinator position at Ebenezer?
We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team! This position provides a wide range of administrative support to the community. May also serve as main receptionist for the community. This administrative schedule includes;
- 80 hours every two weeks
- Full time, day shifts
- No weekends

- Assists with billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Coordinates Resident Communication
- Coordinates Administrative functions
- Coordinates Training and Maintains Records
- Functions as receptionist for the building (if applicable)
- Performs other duties as assigned
- No previous experience required, but prefer work experience in a customer service setting
- Excellent customer service skills and proficiency, teamwork and positive demeanor required
- Desire to work with seniors
- Ability to interact compassionately and communicate effectively with residents and staff
