The Teacher will lead, plan and coordinate childcare program activities to ensure that the program provides the highest quality childcare available. Location: Burnsville, MN.
80 hours in two weeks
Days, 10 hour shifts, Monday- Friday

Ebenezer Ridges Care Center is part of a full continuum senior care campus, located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville, MN. Our Skilled nursing facility host 114 beds between its Long Term and Transitional Care building. Additionally, we offer an Adult Day Program, Child Care and Intergenerational Programming, Arbors Independent/Enhanced/Assisted Living, and Arbor Lane Memory Care. All these communities together offer a true continuum of care for our residents.
Implementing developmentally age appropriate curriculum.
Develop and implementing weekly lesson plans
Assessing each child's development and administer Parent/Teacher conferences twice per year
Maintain a child friendly and orderly classroom
Implementing effective guidance and support strategies
Connect with parents on child development issues, policies and other concerns related to their children
Report any concerns to the director regarding staff or classroom issues
Maintains confidentiality of records and information of staff and families
Participates in program areas such as intergenerational activities
Supervise health, safety and overall wellbeing of the children at all times
Maintain certification in Pediatric First Aid, CPR, SUIDS/AHT
Minimum Qualifications
High school Diploma/GED - Child Development or Teacher qualified under Minnesota Rule 9503.0032
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
1-2 years’ experience working with young children
Ability to lift 40lbs.
CPR and Pediatric First Aid certification
