What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Marketing Consultant position at Ebenezer?

This position will develop and support the marketing plans and manage marketing tactics for Ebenezer housing & health care sites including new construction, owned and managed sites, care centers, adult day programs and child care.

Develops, implements, and monitors the effectiveness of marketing plans, budgets and strategies:
- Works collaboratively with the corporate sales and marketing teams and external development partners to create site marketing plans
- Plans and manages marketing initiatives within budget guidelines
- Evaluates effectiveness of all marketing activities and adjusts in response to changes in the business and/or market trends
- Track expenses and monitor budgets
- Prepares reports for corporate team members or ownership/developer groups on a regular basis
Supports execution and management of marketing plans:
- Provide tools, direction and guidance for developing and initiating effective marketing plans
- Works closely with digital marketing to manage advertising, websites, emails, landing pages, etc.
- Works closely with creative to manage development of collateral and communications
- Adjusts goals as needed based on changes in the business and market trends
Makes recommendations and supports event planning for assigned sites and programs
- Identifies high impact events for target audiences
- Provide and support event checklist details
- Recommend/secure speakers and entertainers as-needed
- Secure venues for off-site events as-needed
- Coordinates or advises re: catering options for events
- Works collaboratively with site staff on all aspects of planning
Promotes and maintains community brands:
- With the creative team, manages the development of high quality collateral materials
- With the creative team, manages the development of outbound marketing tactics such as post cards, ads, flyers, emails, tradeshow materials
- Utilizes social media marketing strategies effectively
- Facilitates direct mail initiatives
- With digital and creative team, manages the development of inbound marketing tactics, such as digital advertising, websites, landing pages, and blog posts.
- Strategizes and manages the brand message
- Update site marketing materials
- Ensures community marketing strategies align with Ebenezer’s overall business strategy
Keeps abreast of market trends:
- Identifies and draws data from CRM
- Identifies and draws data from HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Analyze data to measure return on investment for marketing planning (i.e. referral source reports)
Collaborates with Ebenezer Marketing and Communications Manager and/or media relations partners to attain media coverage for sites.
Other duties as requested.
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in one of the following: Marketing/Communications, related field
- Current Driver’s License (in good standing)
- Three to Five Years of related experience. (Senior Housing experience preferred.)
Preferred:
- Experience in presentations using PowerPoint
- Graphics or Layout programs including Adobe Creative Cloud
Salary : $31 - $43
