We are looking for a Housekeeping & Maintenance Technician to join our team in Moundsview, MN! This position will be responsible, under the direction of the Property Manager or Property Maintenance Supervisor (buildings 100 units) for the overall housekeeping and maintenance of the building. This environmental services and maintenance schedule includes;
- 80 hours every two weeks
- Full time, Day shift
- Weekends as needed

- Cleans public areas of building as assigned
- Performs job duties safely, using correct body mechanics and personal protective equipment
- Maintains cleaning equipment and supplies
- Performs routine maintenance duties
- Performs general repairs
- Performs other duties required by the specific housing community
Required:
- Special Class C Boiler Operator’s License
- Current Driver’s License (in good standing)
- Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Preferred:
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree: HVAC or related
- Three to five years of previous experience
Salary : $23 - $30
