We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Senior Cooperative community in Columbus, Nebraska! This maintenance position is responsible for monitoring preventative maintenance programs, repairs building systems and equipment and grounds keeping. No boiler's license required! This maintenance services schedule includes;
- 30 hours every two weeks
- Part time, day shifts
- No weekends! On Call for maintenance emergencies

- Repairs and maintains work orders for homes and community spaces
- Keeps grounds and walkways free from obstructions including snow removal.
- Monitors and performs basic repairs to HVAC, security, safety, electrical and plumbing equipment
- All other duties as assigned
- One to three years previous experience in a similar environment
- Vocation/Technical training preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Desire to work with older adults
Salary : $21 - $28
